VLC-180 No Vacuum Features
It is the only vulcaniser in the world equipped with a pump 18 for the vacuum, it allows 2 vulcanization steps (pre-vulcanization and vulcanization).
VLC-180 allows to vulcanize mould undervacuum with heat, to eliminate humidity and micro bubbles out of moulds. The resulting moulds will come out perfectly compacted. Their surface will be smoother and shinier. With a more than 3000 Kgs grip, VLC-180 is completely automatic and offers two vulcanization steps (pre-vulcanization and vulcanization)
Equipped with two 180x160 mm plates, VLC-180 has a 10 bar maximum clamping pressure, an unlimited number of programs, a touch screen control from which to constantly control temperature. The plates’ temperature can be set separately for each of them.
