From 22 May to 5 June, the staff of Masterix Srl has undertaken an important business trip in some important countries of the South-East Asia.
In the first of these two weeks, we went to Thailand, guests of our local distributor Enrico, in his company ETS , www.ets.co.th located in the heart of Bangkok. In this step of the trip, we are mainly dedicated to customer support with lots of visits to the various establishments, which make use of our machines.
Here, we were able to monitor in detail the manufacturing processes, obtaining important feedback and providing advice to the various operators. Thailand has always been a strategic hub: here are effectively located important companies, from the high productivity that make regular use of our machines, above all the automatic machine MI-03.
Completed the various commitments, we went to Vietnam, where we made visit the main cities of the country and where we met the dealer of this country, in his company Nhieutamonline, www.nhieutamonline.com. In the first part of the trip we were in Ho Chi Minh City, where for two days, we carried out the usual activities of visit and customer support, while the last day we were the protagonists of a workshop together with their team.
The same program was also made in the second part of the trip, which saw us reach the north of the city of Hanoi. Even here, after a careful work of listening and comparison with the various companies, we have instructed the various customers with a course dedicated to the use of MI-01. This machine is the most used among the many small companies in the jewelry sector.
A very positive report of trip, which has provided important cues, for constant development of our technologies.
