At the European Trinno project meetings have been received six local excellences
It was held in Arezzo and Florence on 4 and 5 April, the meeting organized by Arezzo Innovation, in collaboration with the Tuscany Region, which was attended by important regional reality, the University of Florence, the University of Pisa, the Province of Arezzo and the City of Arezzo. The project involves significant foreign partners such as the University of Barcelona, the development agencies of Ireland, Slovenia and Hungary and the managing authority of the ERDF funds for Ireland and Hungary.
The real protagonists of the meeting were the six companies in the region, identified as the most vanguard of Tuscany, those "who were able to present itself or recur through innovation."
Among them, proudly, there is also Masterix.
The Trinno project - business eco system for Tradition and Innovation - aims to promote the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, creating a supportive ecosystem to emerging companies in which it intends to combine traditional skills of the local economy with new technologies.
"We did not expect this nomination - says Simone Marzoli, CEO of Masterix who presented the company in the Great Hall of the provincial council of Arezzo - but we are very pleased that Masterix has been recognized as a model for proper interaction between tradition and innovation. Moreover, the debate was very interesting and the exchange of ideas with various companies and projects helps to grow and improve. "
The table was in fact an opportunity for a comparison with other European companies involved in the project in order to identify common services and good practices that companies needs, to combine digital innovations with the most traditional businesses. In particular were underlined the great possibilities that digitization can offer to the manufacturing sector.
